Meewah Annete (annettecurran@hotmail.co.nz) seems like a bot sending malware from phishing hotmail.co.nz
The email is so real that it told you that it’s a converstation with a colleague of yours earlier and this is an overdue invoice or invoices. We bet any accountants or administrators or new joined staffs who are not focus will fall for this kind of email and open that htm files.
This also tells us 2 things, someone’s site / email had been compromised which allow bots or hackers to tap it with ease. Nothing is safe on the internet even when Covid-19 crippled most businesses forcing billions to work at home.

You should start looking into your profile setting by digging deep and not surface.
Not sure what they are up to but it seems like they are making this fake email to show or freak people that they send these mail which is rejected / undeliverable. So the sender will open up the file attached.
